Character Environment Painting

Environment Painting for my Character. This is an establishing shot of the abandoned temple where this young girl finds the orb not knowing how much power this orb contains.

Overcome

Juxtaposition of organic and mechanical elements in organic and man made environments.

Camera Tracking and 3D integration project. Made using Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Nuke.

Child's Play Style Frames

Two style frames for two different concepts for a PSA project for the Child's Play organization. Created for a concept development class.

2X

A fun, Fast paced way to show kids that when they receive a game, they can also give a game to a kid in the Child's Play organization. Promoting a call to action from both kids and parents.

Powerup

This concept is not only about games but is a game. The main character represents any child in a hospital environment. The power ups themselves represent things children need to recover faster and feel like a kid again. The final powerup is a metaphor for video games being the real “medicine“ that they need.

The visuals are a mix between classic 8 bit graphics and shiny new 3D graphics to appeal to a younger and older audience at the same time.

The game will play like a sidescrolling video game similar to Super Mario Bros. and will feature subtle homages to other classic video game titles that everyone will enjoy.

Character Design Digital Painting

Final Painting for my character design for my visual development class. Took about 4 weeks to make and is my second digital painting.

This young girl has somehow come in possession of an ancient powerful orb that has taken control and has started creating chaos.

Texture/Clouds Character Design

Character designs created from existing textures in the environment. Made in about a week using photoshop and a Cintiq. The outcomes for this project are alot better than the silhouettes in my opinion.

Silhouette Character Designs

Character Designs created from using silhouettes and doodles. Made in about a week in my Visual Development Minor.
